Agent won't uninstall on servers with changed IPs

CA Agent was installed on two servers.  The IPs changed on those servers. I cannot get the Agent to uninstall (network path cannot be found) so it can be installed.  CA: ver 6.9.4  Servers in question: Win2012 R2 Standard.

    You can try remove the agent manually on the remote server via Programs and Features as workaround.

    Sounds like DNS is not working between coordinator server and the servers which were re-IP'd.
    Try browse to path like \\remoteserver\c$\ from coordinator. Probably will have similar error. If so, flush the DNS cache and try again.
