Desktop Authority Setup Tool

Hi,
I am trying to backup desktop authority database according this article:
support.quest.com/.../SOLSL4472
But I cant find "Desktop Authority Setup Tool" anywhere.
I cant find it in start menu, I checked it in "Program files" and found this:
"C:\Program Files\ScriptLogic\Desktop Authority Manager\Desktop Authority Setup Tool\DASetupTool.exe"
I tried to open it but it only starts process in background for a couple of seconds and ends.
Please help to figure out.

    Hi,

    Try running it as administrator.
    You could also try checking the event viewer for errors while opening the tool.
    Check antivirus exceptions and add C:\Program Files\ScriptLogic\Desktop Authority Manager\Desktop Authority Setup Tool\DASetupTool.exe
