Erroneous "False" in value

I created a Validation Logic Rule for a registry value check. I believe I did it correctly, but after saving there is a random "False" that shows up at the end for no reason. Any ideas why? The False does not show up while editing the rule.

I get the same results when using a Registry Value for Validation Logic.

Does the element validate the way you expect it to?
