How to upgrade FMS version from 5.7.5.3 to 5.7.5.5 on All-in-One Appliance , APM is already on 5.9.10 version

We have recently procured All-In-One Appliance (Dell R720) and the appliance has come with APM 5.9.10 and FMS 5.7.5.3.

As a best practice, we would like to upgrade FMS from 5.7.5.3 to 5.7.5.5. Since the appliance is hosted on x64 Linux platform, we downloaded the .bin file and not able to execute the same on Appliance since foglight backend user owns the foglight installation

Any Idea how we can upgrade ?

We have noticed cartridges and agents for new FMS. version and that's y we would want to upgrade.
