help with create a Foglight monitor dashboard

Hi Foglight Expert,
I want to create a dashboard to achieve below requirement
1. one part of the dashboard would show the SQL instance that status is down
2. the second part show the SQL Instance that Agent service is down
3. the third part would show any of the disks that space usage is more than 95%, or any other condition applied.

if there is no any SQL instance or servers match above condition, the dashboard parts will show green color, if any of the SQL instance match above conditions, then the part would show red color, and can drill down for detail.
