Creating a rule for CPU workload.

I'm trying to create a new rule that fires when the resource workload falls below a certain percent for the CPU. (below 95%)

For example under the resource breakdown in the workload, my CPU is always my top resource at 99%+ and i want a rule to trigger if the workload shifts to another resource.(Such as I/O or application... etc)

Any help is appreciated. This is the first rule i've tried to create within foglight.

I would suggest copying the "CPU Utilization" rule and editing it for your needs. Using this rule as a template should guide you quite nicely to what you need.
