In a rule definition of a variable, how to get the troubleshooting background information?

Hi,

The background information in Alarm Troubleshooting section is useful, And How to put it in the rule variable to use it in the mail body?

How to define the variable in the rule?

    not sure if you find out by yourself already how it works. I had a look and it seems it is nothing straight forward, but I think you can implement this request.
