Windows Fglam version 5.8.5.8.1 is not connecting to windows FMS 5.7.5

Windows Fglam version 5.8.5.8.1 is not connecting to windows FMS 5.7.5, the log is stuck at the below lines, any idea or similar experience

    Hello Irfan,

    this looks like it needs deeper investigation. The snippet from the log file are only 2 lines with verbose messages, no error or warning. Maybe the FMS is the one which is rejecting the FglAM connection attempt.

    Please raise a service request, so that the logs can be checked properly. Follow this link to raise the service request and attach the FglAM + FMS support bundle.
