username not changing

We have run into an issue where the last logged on user is changing the domain name as expected, however it is not changing the username to the new userID.  IN testing it worked fine but its since stopped.

 

we have waited for replication, forced replication as well.  

 

Any suggestions

    I can think of three things that can cause this.

    1. A mis-match (or no match) of accounts during your migration.

    2. The account has been renamed on the target without using a QMM migration session

    3. You migrated the machine to the FQDN instead of the NETBIOS name of the target domain.

    You can clean up the ADAM database manually and/or unmigrate/remigrate the account with an import file. (Check the user's SID history is populated is the target.)
