We already have sync in place and have applied filter to not to sync disabled users in source domain to target domain. We are now migrating the users and one of the user who is disabled in source domain not getting migrated in target. is it just because of we have applied filtered in SYNC to not sync any disabled user to target?
I think sync and migration should be considered as two tasks and should not be the issue of migrating any disabled user.
While migrating user I am even not able to search any disabled users' account as well as if I add using import file I gets added but don't migrate the user id.
Request your suggestion how can I migrate the disabled user to target domain.
