Cannot Backup on new Quantum LTO5 HH Model C

Hallo,

I tried to Backup on a new Quantum Ultrium HH5 Model C with original Medias and get the Error below. I made a Firmware update and checked the drive (health check) There are no errors. What is here the problem? The drive is in the netvault compatibility guide and seems not to be defect. Server BS is Debian 8.

Would be glad for helping me.
