Can't connect to Quest Management Console after Windows patching

We can't connect to Quest Management Console for UNIX after Windows Server being patched. Service is running fine but can't connect. Also tried restarting the service, still no hope.

    Is the issue consistent if you try a different browser? For example a 'Page Cannot be displayed' in Internet Explorer but something different in Firefox?

    It could be the encryption types in use by the MCU itself. If this article does not offer a solution I would suggest opening a case if that is possible.
