Adding Additional Admins

New users of RR v  6.0.2.144 in trial mode. I cant seem to figure out how to add additional administrator accounts.

    Access to the core UI is based on the Windows Local Administrators group on the system running the core software. So if the user is added to the Local Administrators group for the Windows box running the core software, they will have access to the core console.
