Error on bootup when installing agent on RHEL 7.3

6.1.2 Agent installed on RHEL 7.3 ran through configuration, core sees the partitions without issues but on VM servers when rebooted pops up with dracut-pre-udev; modprobe: ERROR: Error running install command for rapidrecovery_vss followed by second ERROR: could not insert rapidrecovery_vss. I had come across a legacy article that had to do with UEFI and having a driver signed but I do not think that applies in this case. What am I missing or does the rapid-recovery config need to be run to protect more than just the current kernel? Thanks.
