how to configure OST storage in Windows 2012

Hi,

I've installed Backup Exec 16 on a file server running Windows 2012 R2 When i try to configure a storage by connecting to my DR 4300 i got an error message "connection to the OpenStorage failed . BEMSDK Failure Code : A0009B23"

The software version of my DR4300 is 3.2.6066.0. The Dell OST Plugin version is 4.0

I've checked the network configuration and the media server is able to ping the DR4300.

This is a Rapid Recovery forum so it is unlikely to get DR xxxx answers. (Our appliance line is DL xxxx). Anyway, you may want considering upgrading your DR4300 OS -- the current version is 4.0.0.549.3a and it SUPPORTS Backup Exec 16 (while, to my recollection, 3.x does not). (support.quest.com/.../noti-00000013).
