Rapid recovery servers are rebooting everyday

We have two rapid recovery servers which are located in different datacenters. They are in a replication relationship. Everyday both the servers rebooting at the same one after the other. I don't see anything in the rapid recovery alerts except for post reboot alerts. Have you guys ever experienced such a weird issue. Any help appreciated.

  • Hi Rajesh,

You can review the System Event logs, which may indicate a reason why the servers are rebooting. My first thought the reboots may be caused a scheduled job that was never cleaned up in Windows Task Scheduler.
  • Agreed. This is a good place to start. Here are some questions:

    1. Are there any other roles installed on these servers?
    2. Are they physical or virtualized? If virtualized, what flavor?
    3. What OS version are they running, and how current are the patches?
    4. How much memory is allocated to each server?
    5. At what time do they reboot? During active hours? Or overnight?
