How to resolve <sftp> protocol. Error: <(-31) SFTP Protocol Error>

Hi Team ,

we are facing issues to send automated job output files to SFTP using application server (Business objects)

we are getting below error 

<sftp> protocol. Error: <(-31) SFTP Protocol Error>

 

How can we resolve this ? Any configurations to apply at SFTP ?
