Vranger Service fails to start with Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Our systems were patched the day before I started getting this error. Anyone else have this issue? Suspecting there's a time limit that needs to be changed due to an update? I found some Dell articles stating something about changing the timeout from default 30secs to 60 secs or milliseconds..
