Removing Old Servers

Hi

 

We have Archive Manager 5.3 and presently it is referencing 6 servers (3 Exchange 2013 current servers and 3 old 2007 Servers that have been decommissioned)

How do we remove these old servers from Archive manager is there a proper procedure for removing them.
