Hi,
One of mailboxes is giving me this error message:
ERROR: Mailbox.OpenEntry(RootFolder):
MAPI error 8004010F
Error: The client operation failed.
Component: Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store
Low level error: 8004010F
Context: 00000501
I am not sure what could cause this problem, just 1 mailbox is affected, all other created before this mailbox and after are not affected by this issue.

Are you still having an issue scanning that mailbox?
The mailbox in question is for an active Exchange user, correct?
You can take a look at the permissions and see if the ArchiveMgr_ESM account or group it's in has FullAccess to the mailbox in question.
You can use this method to manually scan the mailbox in question directly:
If ESM is able to get into the users mailbox when manually scanning the mailbox, the mailbox will be included in the next ESM scan (Loop through each mailbox).
