Error = Your forms cache is probably corrupt

I tried this reg edit

Outlook 2016:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Security

DWORD: DisableCustomFormItemScript

Value: 0 (to enable)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Forms\TrustedFormScriptList

REG_SZ: IPM.Note.AfterMail

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Security

DWORD: DisableCustomFormItemScript

Value: 0 (to enable)

Any ideas?

There are a number of reason that this issue could occur.

The most likely issue is the forms have not been enabled using our forms activation tool. This is a requirement after a Microsoft…

There are a number of reason that this issue could occur.

The most likely issue is the forms have not been enabled using our forms activation tool. This is a requirement after a Microsoft Update last year.

You can find the tool at https://support.quest.com/metalogix-archive-manager-for-exchange/8.1.1/download-new-releases listed under Utilities.

The EXE is for 1 off installations, the MSI is if you wish to deploy to multiple users with GPO or something similar.

If this does not resolve your issue please open a support case.
