Agent upgrade prompted with error "this shared resource does not exist"

Hi Guys,

recently i upgrade my Change Auditor and i bang into an error which i have never see before. "this shared resource does not exist" anyone facing the error before while upgrading agent?

from 6.5 to 7.0
