- Off-Network Remote Management - The existing Remote Management capabilities of Desktop Authority has been extended to include off-network computers

Important Notice: Due to our recent divestiture from Dell Technologies, Dell branded software will be removed from our Support Portal on November 1, 2017. This means that all software downloads and technical documentation for Desktop Authority prior to version 10.1 will be removed from the Support Portal after November 1, 2017. Please download any older versions now that you may need for your future use.
Reminder: The stand alone versions of RSC (Remote Support Center) will reach the end of support on November 1, 2017. RSC’s functionality has been directly integrated into Desktop Authority version 10.1.
