Scheduled Reports Unable to Retrieve Extended Information

I needed to create some reports that pulled back computer objects from Active Directory and listed their sAMAccountName, OU and whenCreated. These are not available as a default option in QER v3.1 so I simply extended the reporter attributes using Enterprise Reporter Configuration Manager.

Once done I was able to create reports in Report Manager and if I chose the option "Export to CSV" in Reports I could see all the information I required. Happy Days, or so I thought. I then created a schedule so we could send the reports to a team share on a daily / overnight repeated schedule. From here I chose the report I just created and tested my schedule. Upon reviewing the file generated (csv) I noticed that non of the extended fields had returned information.

Has anyone else seen this before? Any ideas?

    Hi Darren,  I assume that you are using the "Extended WMI Entities" option selected to gather the information you need.  I believe your problem is that you may have more than one discovery running and that this option is not selected in all of the discoveries.  If say you have two Computer discoveries which run at different times and say the first one has the "Extended WMI Entities" option selected then the setting you want are collected.  The next discovery where the option is not selected, when run, the WMI info is tomb stoned, in effect cleared, so when your reports runs it will contain no info.  I hope this helps.
