AD Owner Report

Hi Jose,

A custom report to address permission owner for AD group has been requested on the Enterprise Reporter Custom Reports Community at https://www.quest.com/community/quest/enterprise-reporter/user-cooperation/f/custom-reports-forum/27546/empty-managedby-and-list-of-owner-attributes-of-ad-groups/67523#67523. The report is created using Enterprise Reporter 3.0 and Permissions to determine the owner of a group. We also have an out-of-box report 'Domain Groups and Members' in Active Directory category to get the members of the domain groups.

Can you please confirm if these reports fulfill your requirement?

• What version of Enterprise Reporter is being used?
• What discoveries have been run?
• Is there a library report that closely matches what you require?
• What fields are required in the report?
• How does the information in the report need to be sorted?
• What parameters are required for filtering the report?
• How will this report be viewed? For example, will the report be viewed in report display, exported to CSV, or exported to PDF?

• What fields are required in the report?  UserID, Account responsible, account status ( disabled or enabled)  Password never expires and user cannot change password.
• How does the information in the report need to be sorted?  By Account responsible,

Hi Jose,

Just want to clarify, from 'Account Responsible', do you mean 'Managed by' property of domain group as mentioned in the following snapshot?

The option is taken from the Description field where you can find the Resp: as text.

How do I insert an image to explain better? 

From the options to insert I could not find it.
