One Drive Discovery not completing

Hello I figured I'd ask here before opening up a ticket.  My One Drive Discovery normally would take 2-5 hours to complete.  Now even during non peak times it never finishes.  It will run ok for the first hour or so and then eventually get hung up on a random user folder.  I'm assuming its threshold related.  But we are only talking 300 users so it should not be lacking on resources.  Last time I got it to complete it was right after a reboot on the Node server.  I notice now even when no discoveries are running and after i kill a discovery the Enterprise Node Service stays around 14%.  Should i try restarting the service?  Last time i stopped the sservice it would not start back up.  Are there any tricks or should i just choose Restart this time and then kick off the discovery?    Also I'm only using 1 o365 account for the discovery, I know adding another helps but this has worked in the past just fine.
