NTFS report that only reports grAD groups

Please answer the following questions about your request:

• What version of Enterprise Reporter is being used?
• What discoveries have been run?
• Is there a library report that closely matches what you require?
• What fields are required in the report? Please provide detailed list of every attribute to be displayed. 
• How does the information in the report need to be sorted?
• What parameters are required for filtering the report?
• How will this report be consumed? For example, will the report be viewed in report display, exported to CSV, or exported to PDF?

NTFS discoveries, AD discoveries
Folder Permissions report
Only list the Active Directory groups that have permissions on the target. Only want to see the group listed once. No other fields are needed.
Sort by Account in ascending order
Report should be viewed in report and exported to CSV

 Thank you! Could you clone this custom report, but remove the option for permissions derived through group membership? Customer would like to have this additional report to view only AD groups that have permissions on a computer. Let me know if you need any additional information.
