I would like to create a rule to check the current PGA memory allocation against the PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT initialization parameter. I can't work out where the initialization parameters are stored to retrieve its value in the condition of the rule I am trying to write. Can anybody help me?

The Oracle initialization parameters are stored in the topology here:
All Data[]->DBO_Data_Model-->clusters[]-->instances[]-->initialization_parameters-->initialization_parameters_list-->initialization_parameters-->latest
