Service Builder email modification

Is there any way to customize the emails that the service builder sends. When the all clear email is sent all I get is a subject "Service Reporting is back to normal" and a body "Service Reporting is back to normal". As you can see this is not very helpful at all. Can this be changed someplace. I did find the very old posts that say it can't but that was many versions ago.

    Thanks for the link. I could not find the part of that template where the "Service Reporting is back to normal" generation occurs. Do you know where the all clear service email is located. I wanted to add the service name to that email so I would know what service was clear.
