CMG - Exchange anot able to query availability information

Hello,

I have configured CMG to work with Exchange Hybrid environment. (Exchange is 2016 on-prem)

I need to follow the scenario #7 (single namespace with Exchange Hybrid) for my case for Free/Busy infomration exchange between GW and Exchange/EXO.

Exhange is not able to query any user FB information from GW. 

I have checked the autodiscover URL from Exchange server. 

It is working without any issue.

Any idea where to start debugging of this issue?

    Did not wait enough for the configuration to be interpreted by exchange services. Once I left the system for a while it was working.

    Hello Ferenc,

    Thanks for posting to the Coexistence Manager for GroupWise (CMG) forum and thanks for following up. Yes, it can take some time for the AvailabilityAddressSpace to take effect in Exchange. I am glad to hear that CMG Free Busy started working for you.
