  • Hi mcsebala,

This is not import problem, this is a problem with access to the Repository. The InTrust Server cannot perform indexing due to some incorrect configuration. Please re-check the Repository properties and permissions to Repository.

    1. In the Repository properties on the Repository tab check if the path is correct and if the account is specified implicitly or explicitly.
    2. In the Repository properties on the Indexing tab check if the Server Name is correct and all radio buttons have default state or not.
    3. Analyse all above settings.
      1. If no accounts are specified explicitly, then Repository is accessed by the account of InTrust Server service.
      2. If some accounts are specified explicitly, the Repository may be accessed by the account of InTrust Server service and other ones.
    4. Ensure that all parts of the repository path have "Modify" NTFS and SHARE permission. To check this, you may login under that account(s) and temporarily create a file inside the repo folder.
