Faulting Module QuestSecTech.dll

We get the error below occasionally on server running Windows Server 2016, SQL Server 2017, and have Litespeed 8.6.1 installed (non-licensed). Any ideas what that dll is for or why the QuestSecTech.dll causing faults? After this happens SQL Server becomes unresponsive. We are not using Litespeed to run a backup, think it's happening when we call xp_sqllitespeed_licenseinfo to see if Litespeed is licensed on the server.
