    Hi Frances,

     

    Unfortunately, I do not see any attachment to your last post. Please make sure to click the paper clip button to attach the file.

     

    On the other hand, you may refer to the link below for steps on how to schedule a ControlPoint job. Steps 5 and 7 discuss how to specify the output type (e.g. PDF) and how to specify the distribution details (e.g. email recipient), respectively.
