For CP online - our admin passwords have changed. Where else would I reset the credentials? Thanks

our admin passwords have changed. now we getting the following error when attempting to configure CP after running the Online License Manager

Error: Your login attempt was not successful. Either your credentials are incorrect or you do not have enough permission to access the ControlPoint Configuration website.

Where else would I reset the credentials?

    Can you please confirm the account you're using to finish the configuration is a member of the local Administrator's group on the machine where ControlPoint Online is installed? and has a valid login for the SQL server that will be hosting the ControlPoint Services database?
