AD LDS Lost

QMM server went down and we have no backup of AD LDS.

Setup a new QMM server, created domain pair/collections while doing Migrations getting Error:

No Mapping available for the account.

Need Help with creating the ini file as we have no option of exporting it from the old server.

Also, example of executing VMover.exe with ini file.

Thanks for you help in advance.
