Migrate AD forest to new forest with existing o365

HI,

Could you please give me some directions what should I look when migrating AD to Ad with existing o365 ?

Is it same Migration manager for AD should be used?

    I see this post never received a reply, and I apologize for that.  

    Yes, you can use the regular Migration Manager for AD to go from onprem to onprem, and there is another console to go from onprem source to O365 target built into the product also.
