Users are synced through Quest Migration Manger for AD , mailboxes have been migrated with Quest Migration Manager for Exchange. Target users are of type linked mailbox but source mailbox still exists - they get a target address for routing purposes.
Old exchange environment will be decommisoned.
New users are still created in source forest and synced to target forest, migration of workplaces to target forest is for the future.
How can I get a mail-enabled user in source and a mailbox user in target for a synced account ?
