QMM reset user passwords

Hi Guys,

We have QMM migration going on and Sync'in the user passwords from source to target (one-way)

Recently started to face a strange and critical issue where some of the users started to complain that their password is not working, checked the pwdlastset on the source and it shows that the password should be valid.

Got my audit hat on and started to look in Change Auditor and to my surprise I could see that qmm SA has been changing user password...

Can anyone guide me to check what the issue might be ?

    When you try to sync password, you need verify the group policy for both domains, for example if you have one gpo for the password and your gpo restric 8 characters, in the another domain you need have the same. Maybe this is the problem.
