Exchange to Exchange-Migration with Archive-Mailboxes and PublicFolder

Hello,

I'm sorry, but was not able to find the answer in your forum / white-papers:

Is it possible to migrate Mailboxes and Archive-Mailboxes (In-Place Archive) from one Exchange-Organisation (Exchange 2010) to an other Exchange Organisation (Exchange 2016)?

..and in the same environment:

Is it possible to Migrate the PublicFolders of Exchange2010 Org to existing PublicFolders in Exchange 2016 Org. (Merging - with Different Folder-Names and structures)

What is about the permissions on Mailboxes and PublicFolders?
