Install NetVault Server 11.3 on Domain Controller

Hi, there,

Is there any concern on putting NetVault Server 11.3 on Windows Domain Controller? My client has two physical servers: one running as Hyper-V host with critical VMs running and the other running as Domain Controller. The domain controller is not doing much work and has all resources sitting. If there is any compatibility issue, I am thinking to install NetVault Server 11.3 on the domain controller and configure it as Back up server. This is a small shop.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
