Just finished upgrading to vsphere 6.7 appliance and esxi hosts. Upgraded to Netvault 12 last week and did a pre upgrade backup with no issues
Wanted to get a baseline backup of everything after the upgrade and ran a VM backup last night.
All VMs failed to backup with message
[vmname] Failed to determine information for virtual machine from the server...
I checked the selection set and I seem to have full access to the vsphere server - the appliance upgrade actually creates a new appliance that replaces the old but verifying it seems to say I have access.
I need to get a backup pretty urgently now.
