i m facing some error message on Netvault LTO-7 Dell drive.any one have the ideas about that..
NetVault Backup -Safe Mode
"A critical NetVault service failed to start" "Error spawning process"
This message is not related to the LTO-7 dell drive, netvault started in safe mode as the service failed to start due to spawning process error, usually a reboot and clicking in "Restart NetVault in Normal Mode" button will make it.
If not, I will suggest opening a Service Request in https://support.quest.com/contact-support by clicking in Submit Request button so an Engineer can help on a remote session.
