LTO7 Use only 9.67GB

Hello

i'm using Netvault Backup 9.10

I upgrade My LTO Tape from LTO6 to LTO7

now when i'm trying to backup it only save about 9.6GB per tape

is there any configuration to be done?

Hi system, did you only change your LTO tapes? not the tape drives?

Did you tried removing the tape library and re-adding it back?

Hi
Replace the Tape and the Drive, the system recognize the tape and the media as LTO7

Drive :ULT3580-HH7
Media: LTO7

Is 9.10 know how to work with LTO7?
do i must to update or install any patch to get LTO7 Support?

Well there is this patch for LTO-7

But as v9.1 is end of life I don't know if it will work, I will suggest to upgrade to v9.2 and from there at least v10.x that is the oldest supported

the patch is for HP Drives, i'm Using Dell LT4000 with IBM Drive
