Hi matthew.pollock I just tried to change a backup job called 'SQL_FULL_VDI' setting up another schedule set I already have created "Daily Noon" with the following command and the output was successful
nvjobmodify.exe -jobid 102 -type backup -change Set:S="Daily Noon"
Job 'SQL_FULL_VDI' successfully modified
Have you tried to run this in a command prompt with elevated privileges?
