NetVault 12.2 : - Issue with Bulk Labeling

I am running Netvault 12.2 on CentOS 7.3 i am having issue while bulk labeling, all the medias are showing inactive i am not able to select from media list.

Do you have any screenshots of your issue? have you tried to restart netvault services?

I trying to attach the file but in insert option there is no browse option to select the file

In insert -> Insert image/video/file -> change From combo box and select File Upload and it will give you the browse option to select the file
