- Fujitsu's database newly added to Oracle Database Replication
Fujitsu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Tatsuya Tanaka, hereinafter referred to as “Fujitsu”) and Quest Software Japan, Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Akihiko Takiguchi, hereinafter referred to as “Quest Software”) have reached an agreement for Fujitsu to provide sales and support services for SharePlex, a database management software solution owned by Quest Software, that has been on sale and shipping since December 20, 2017
SharePlex is a high-performance and high-quality database replication software solution that solves various business problems with real-time Oracle database replication.
SharePlex provides not only non-stop migration, report linkage, disaster countermeasures among Oracle databases, but also enables migration from Oracle to various databases, system linkages, and clouds. Numerous domestic and international customers have actively adopted SharePlex in their core business.
This agreement adds Fujitsu’s Symfoware Server and Enterprise Postgres, domestically reliable and high-performance databases in Japan, to SharePlex’s supported DBMS.

Fujitsu will provide the SharePlex post-sales support through its “Support Desk.”
Mr. Takashi Fujiwara of Fujitsu made the following comments on the agreement:
