Ondemand Migration for Email

migration was complete but all items was not migrated (from Lotus notes to O365)

Hi,

 

Having issues with our migration from Lotus Notes to Exchange on-line. I tried to migrate one hole mail file but that did not work at all. So I went for migration year to year. 2018-2016 went well, but 2015 migration went well in terms of that the portal say that "migration was completed. If I look at the items migrated it only migrated 4500 objects of 14.000 objects.

  • Thank you for posting to the On Demand Migration for Email (ODME) forum. I understand you are experiencing issues migrating from Notes to Office 365 using ODME. I understand that there seems to be a discrepancy in the number of items being migrated when using a date filter to migrate older items from Notes. Have you tried running Domino maintenance on this particular Notes mail file?

    Beyond running Domino maintenance, the next step in the troubleshooting process would be for Quest Support to analyze your migration log files, which may require you to send in log files from the ODME Domino Web Service, installed locally in your environment. If running Domino maintenance does not resolve the issue, then we would recommend creating a Service Request in order to protect the privacy of your environmental information:
