DR4300 clearing down alerts

We have a Quest DR4300 and we check it daily for alerts or problems. Recently we have had some issues with network and power. Alerts came through about replication failing. This was over a week ago, and replication is now working fine, yet the alerts persist. Is there a way to acknowledge or clear down these alerts so they no longer show up, or is this a potential bug?

The DR is on software version 4.0.3101.1

We run on 4.0.3049.0 and also have 2 alerts regarding repplication that hurt our eyes daily. Can someone please address this issue and let us know how to clear it? Thanks!
