Hello, I have tried trouble shooting but cannot find the answer to this. I was scanning documents on Enterprise Scanning within RemoteScan Live and then the file cabinets went away. I tried restarting the computer but that did nothing. The previously scanned documents and file cabinets for patients also did not show up. At the top of the tool bar, there is an icon labeled "File Cabinets" and this is gray and will not let me click on it. What is the correct course of action to remedy this and continue scanning into the appropriate file cabinets?
