Prevent users from approving their own work

I'd like to be able to have a group/class defined for doing code reviews that includes a set of developers and technical leads. However, some of these people will also be developing themselves. They shouldn't be able to approve their own CSR/work. Can a setting be added such that a person in the correct 'approval group' can't approve their own work, but could approve work done by others?

Tom, if you know how to configure this, please let me know. I had talked to some Quest STAT engineers and they did not know how to do this so they recommended I post it here.

You could put something in your Stat Workflow that can prevent this from happening as opposed to looking for a coding change from Quest.
